Offer incentives to companies who allow employees to work from home. Benefits include reduction in vehicles on the road, easing of traffic situation, reduction in air emissions , reduction in fuel consumption and overall reduction of the country's carbon footprint contributing to the 2020 objective. People can be more productive when working from home.
More benefits include - encouraging mothers to start working, if they can work afternoons from home, and might make life easier for parents who already work.
This should also be extended to individuals who work freelance (Self employed) and work from their home as a base.
