Scrap the sale of passports

As a point of principle we should stop the sale of Maltese passports with immediate effect. There are many arguments to support this principle, including: (1) National security; (2) European security (we are only as strong as our weakest link); (3) Reputational risk; and (4) low value add and risk of dependency on this revenue stream.
