Fee child care for under 3s is perfect. However school hours are very short especially for working parents. What happens to kids when they start school. For working parents seeing how to handle homework/pick up and work is really tough, especially if they don't have help. Can school hours be extended and homework is done at school? Or after school local initiatives introduced for young children to help working parents
