You may see a lot of Maltese people jogging around Ta' Qali but the question is, is it safe ? The answer is NO. No lights at night time, therefore if people would like to jog at night, they have to be 101% careful they won't get hit by a car. The road is in a bad condition and it needs to be changed. I would definitely recommend adding a running track around all of Ta' Qali which can be very convienent for the runners. Ta' Qali needs to have a more sport-friendly environment.
