Whilst Malta has equipped itself with well built sports facilities, it has failed to facilitate the use. Kids at a young age especially from 13-18 do not afford to pay fees in order to make use of these facilities and practice their favorite sport together with their friends. Thus the government should set up a scheme to make these facilities available for kids to practice their favorite sport(free of charge).
Its high time we invest on other facilities ..not more football grounds.
