Post-Pilatus clean up, a proper study needs to be conducted to attract big name banks to Malta. This is a huge constraint on business. We have a big job ahead of us since thanks to Keith and Co we got blacklisted by US Banks for Azerbaijani / Iranian US dollar payments but we can get through this. Incentivise competition / ensure that at least BNP Paribas and another bank set up a branch or subsidiary here. This is key. It will also help with the Maltese funds industry.
