An effort should be made to inform people of the cost of many things they take for granted on this island. With everyone taking free healthcare for granted for instance, each patient should be issued an invoice with a breakdown of the cost of his stay. Of course the service would still remain free but people may begin to appreciate the cost incurred by any government. This could be adopted over a number of measures for which the government incurs a heavy cost.
