I suggest that if a bus of specific route is full up, would immediately be followed by an extra bus. This is especially important for buses heading to the airport and Ċirkewwa. Why should someone miss a flight or up to three consecutive ferries because of a flow in the transport system? I remember extra buses before school when Arriva first came to Malta. Sometimes, planning to leave early is not enough. Three weeks ago I waited on the stage for 3 hours 20 minutes before a bus came.
Full up busses pass by as 'not in service' and so you won't even realise it was your route. This should stop immediately as it also encourages students to use the bus to go to university, which solves traffic and parking issues.
