its ours, and what;s ours we should keep dearly. i propose that in restaurants and hotels just only our maltese bread should be served. tourist come to taste our culture /costum..so give it to them
I would go for this provided that we have an up to date laboratory and check what kind of substances or lets call them chemicals are being used. I hear that some are using certain powder in order for the bread not to get dry to quickly. We need badly to delve deep on such items.
