In line with reducing part time tax from 15% to 10%, and in line with reducing business tax to 10% up to €50k, and in line to reducing income tax rate to 10% for under €20k, may I suggest that you consider reducing tax on property letting from the current 15% to 10%? This will also help in controlling rent prices since ultimately it's the tenants which will have to carry the burden.
May consider even 5%
Totally agree. With the 5% money saved, we can improve and upgrade the rented apartments, and possibly invest in new ones; therefore rising the rent (by 5% or more) and government can get more tax out of it.
