Given the latest PN proposal about White Rocks, and subject to the British army barracks still being safe, I suggest keeping the structure and transforming it into a Digital Media Start Up Park. I feel the area is a perfect match to the trade and the marketing potential of site for this purpose is "as good as it gets"
Reciperating the area for a public park is fine. Demolishing what is possible the best Mpdernist complex on the Maltese Islands because it is run down and there is no appreciation towards such structures will be a disgrace. Compare PBS headquarters as it was when it was proposed for demolition and when it was launched as the Creativity Hub. RE-packaging or re-branding can perform miracles on such structures, and it is the only way to teach appreceation locally!
