Most people don't know how to do this, but everyone should do it, preferably with some well informed help.
With so many health apps out there this is an important solution!
Puts too much pressure on the user; not user friendly enough -- if I have a to do list, the item "Review Social Media" is always going to be something I procrastinate on.
