Component 2 will support enabling health measures to contain the COVID-19 outbreak through temporary income support for poor households and vulnerable individuals. It will scale up existing targeted Social Assistance program for extreme poor households; provide temporary cash transfers for informal workers, and provide temporary unemployment benefits for formal workers.
